About your Teacher

Cheri’ McLean

Cheri is a multidisciplinary movement artist and athlete. Specializing in helping others reconnect and sense their bodies in space. Her teaching emphasizes how to properly use, load, and move functionally within one's own body. 

Her queuing is her specialty, helping students really feel what it is they are doing no matter if it's a lunge, squat, or leg lift. Across all her offerings; classes, trainings, and 1:1 mentorship, Cheri’s work is guided by a sincere passion to help people live a more embodied life, truly being able to feel themselves in space.

Raised in Sonoma County California, Cheri is currently living in Thailand focusing on the creation of Your Pet Body. Working diligently towards creating a container that feels safe, informative, accessible, and fun. 

What's Included in Your Membership

  • An ever growing collection of practices from yoga, pilates, circuit, tabatta, HITT, and more. Organized by discipline, intensity, and time frames to help meet the needs and curiosity from day to day moment to moment. A practice to match the timing or energy you carry.

  • Hosted through zoom. An opportunity to truly practice together.

    No matter where in the world you find yourself, we are able to connect through a virtual thread and witness one another and our community move and grow together.


  • A chance to hear one anothers voices and talk through and about our monthly themes and whatever chooses to reveal itself at that time. Hosted through Zoom.

  • (Will begin August 2026.) A collection of Courses that focus on a specific theme, inviting one to explore and deepen their understanding while expanding their tool belt on such topic. Each course comes as a series of classes tailored to assist one in refining movements, approaches, and senses to make them more precise, effective, and embodied . Topics such as

    • Strengthening Glutes & Legs

    • Moving Through Grief

    • Conditioning for Post Shoulder Replacement

    • Movement Foundations

  • An open chat room to share daily reflections, dreams, experiences and more. Monitored and protected with caring eyes to maintain its quality and sense of safe space. Not all of us come home to family or roommates, and often work alone. Here we are aiming at creating a safe space to share our reflections of the day that can foster a true sense of belonging and community.

  • Filled with weekly prompts to stir up conversation around the month's intention and focus. Offering prompts for self and journaling.

  • A place to share and shine light on the books, articles, and poetry that cracked open your heart & mind. Where we can review and reflect on various readings and art as a community.

  • To assist one in being consistent in their commitment to practice. One can choose how they want to personalize this function and have events and reminders linked to their personal calendars and devices if they so choose.

A Final Invitation

We have this one MORTAL body, it is truly the most precious thing, more than all else, it belongs to us. It is your dearest and most honest companion and ally.

So often our attention is stolen, manipulated and influenced to disapprove of our bodies. We all struggle with these ugly, internal dialogues of disconnect from ourselves, mirroring this energy back to ourselves as impacting the way we relate to our natural shapes, rhythms, and ways.

You and your body are precious.

This is our greatest vehicle in life.

Why then do so many of us struggle to celebrate all that we have inherited bybeing in a body and its capacity for life, expression, and experience?

I invite you with sincere urgency to reflect on your relationship to your body this month. No matter what has happened, is happening, or may happen in the future, how do you feel FOR your body? Why do you practice?

Let us shift the tide from practicing on improving the external to deepening the connection within. Let us practice learning our body's language, its senses, and what it enjoys and responds best to.  Let us practice for a sense of return to ourselves, just the way we are; like the mother we all wish we had, that loves us unconditionally because her baby is an extension of her own being. Your body is a true extension of your being.
