Grief comes in all different shapes and forms. We grieve the death of someone's life and we grieve the death of one's loss of innocence. We grieve change that perhaps we were not ready for nor ever wanted or imagined. Our grief is the sincerest form of praise. For we only grieve that which we loved and valued. Grief is not only necessary and natural, it is imperative.
These calls (120 minutes) are aimed at creating a container to name and fully honor that which we are grieving. To be able to fully unveil the inner turmoil and be truly loved, witnessed, and supported as we do so. To remember, together.
These calls look different for each being, as we feel into the space together and I am able to feel into that which you are needing most in the moment, we may breathe together, move together, or I may simply witness and listen and remember with you.
